Remote Diagnostics
This page is for downloading a small support module to the customer's computer to run when requested by the support technician. No installation is required and the executable can be deleted after diagnostics is complete.

After the file is downloaded to the desktop, double-click and run the executable which will generate a unique ID. This ID is to be provided to the support technician when ready to perform the "secure" remote diagnostics.
